When you take the scorecard I store your first name, your twelve answers, your scores and the time you took it, together with the page that sent you here. This is what makes your result page work and lets me see, in aggregate, where people are stuck. I do not ask for any financial figures, a phone number, your employer or your job title.
Your email address is stored and used only if you tick the box on the last screen. Ticking it means I will email you your result and my writing on leaving corporate work. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops everything. If you do not tick the box, your address is not kept anywhere and nothing is sent.
Your result page has a private link. Anyone you give the link to can see your scores. It does not show your name or your email.
Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers. The lawful basis is your consent for emails, and my legitimate interest in showing you the result you asked for and understanding how the scorecard is used.
The scorecard saves your progress in your own browser, so a refresh does not lose your answers. That is cleared when you finish. There are no advertising cookies on this site.
Scorecard responses are kept while the scorecard is running so that result links keep working. Email data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time. Email joshua@joshualindsey.co.uk and I will deal with it within a month. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
